HOT!! Car caught on Fire at India Street ( 26th September 2010, around 1.30 pm)
It happened today afternoon in all of sudden after going to shop near India Street. I intended to withdraw some cash at the ATM machine in CIMB opposite to the police station but suddenly I saw dark densed smoke emerged from the Electra House and all the civilian rushed over there. Then I thought it was a building incendiary but my prediction gone wrong. It was a car on fire! I'm not sure what type of car is that, but I recognized the car besides the burnt car and it was BMW!! WTF! I'm not sure whether the owner of both car can claim for insurance or not because if I'm not mistaken, this case was included in natural disaster. OMG it was a big lost as if the case of both cars were claimed as natural disaster. From the story I heard from the witness, the accident was cause by the short-circuit within the engine. The lady (owner) fortunately get out from her car after smell something burnt. There were also got another car, Kenari and Wira parked besides the burnt car, but those owners quickly alerted and move their car. The BMW owner is also alerted but it just two minutes late when she begged a policeman to move her car, its already a monster fire. The fire already spread to her car unluckily. Here are some pictures and videos ( upload later) served you.
and here are the videos (updated)

Destiny
It's been a while since we talk about love
the exquisite story of our first met
loved me we'll make it through
like me and you never be apart
To see you smile is a must
to make you warm is my business
to keep you happy is my hope
to animate your love is my indulgence
You took this heart of mine
when I say I love you that's for good
you have my word
I will always be true
A pouring rain came to us
with no reason it violated our love
and in a funny way I'm calm
but am I just let it fly away?
The snow knock down the world
recreate the palace we almost say goodbye
I lose my faith you give it back to me
my power, my pleasure, my pain baby I loved you
Girl, you're every breath I take
your love ruled everymove I make
you gave me wing but never let me fly
like a river to the sea I complied as you wish
Again the hurricane hit till death
the foolish game were tearing me apart
your thoughless act are breaking my heart
I dont want to hold you back
I'm not sure I'm worthy losing you is painful to me
my heart feel so disguised
and I just got to let it go
maybe we can learn our past
As time goes by
you take away everything good in my life
leave me without my heart
prevent me to pick another one
That the world's whirling my mind
chased by the memories defeated me
I know there'll never be a time we'll ever feel the same
because it is the end of the story in my life
I've been sitting here for whole night-long
night turned to day
day turned to month
now it's almost been a year
When I was made up my mind
you never asked me why
though it's gonna hurt us both
till there nothing left to say
I've been trying so long to let you know
wasting time just staring at the phone
and wondering should I call you
then I thought maybe you're not alone
I just don't want to give us another hope
It just never be breathe again
without the rythm of my heart
you wont see me again

Waterfall/Water Stream in Kuching
Hi all.This entry is all about the appropriate places for your leisure and recreation. For students and workers, weekend is the best time to do something that can refresh our mind with relaxing environment. They're always wanted to evade all the pressure during weekdays. Some of them prefer to watch movie or doing some activities such as bowling, futsal, karaoke, pool and even playing paintball. For those already got family and children, they'll prefer to fill up their time with recreation. So, here are the best place for leisure and recreation in KUCHING;
1. Family Park, Matang
Matang Family Park is a place where the parent used to take their kids for family picnic among the lush cool tropical mountain streams. Visitors can relax by the rock pools and waterfalls, or trek along the nature trails. It is about 40 mins from Kuching so you will need a car to reach there for sure. The Wildlife Center will also give you an opportunity to see Orang Utans and other local wildlife but for me it's the opportunty to get out of the city, see the country side and take a dip in the cold mountain stream which is the main draw. With the heat and humidity in Kuching it is always great to take an enjoyable dip in the cold stream under the canopy of trees there. There're also has BBQ pits for those want to set the dishes for lunch. This is one of the locals favourite thing to do on weekend so expect it to be quite crowded on weekend. If you can go during the weekday =)
2. Kubah National Park
Kubah National Park is one of the most easily assessible park in Kuching, just under an hour drive away on the way to the Matang hills. As I know, there's no schedules bus service to the park, and the nearest bus stops at a road junction which require an hour or so on foot to each the entrance, so the only option is by cab or hired car, but the location is not hard to find.
There are several walking trails, and the Waterfall Trail is the most popular. It's a 1 1/2 hour trekking (one way) through the rainforest though the trail are well marked and many stretches are by plankwalk. The trail is easy to negotiate as there is not much gradient, where there are, steps are provided and on steep climb at the approach to the waterfalls, wooden stairs/steps are provided.
The waterfall is about 20 feet high and falls into a big pool and cascade to a series of big boulders with smaller pools along the way. The water is cool and refreshing and is an excellent place for a swim and picnic, not just a beauty of it's nature..But I want to remind the flat rock surface can be slippering during rainy season as they are moss covered, so be careful... =)
3. Ranchan Recreational Park
Ranchan Rectional Park is located at 18th Mile, Kuching-Serian Road, which is not far from Jong's crocodile farm. When I was growing up in Kuching I heard of Ranchan pool so many times but I ever going there only once. They only brought me to Matang for my ‘swimming lessons’. This is one of the famous location for children's having for a picnic, but they had to hike through the jungle, sloppy hills and jungle treks and don’t forget the leeches! I guess the locals there are not as open as town folks. Not that they are swimming in bikinis, but they were in their normal t-shirt and pants. For those interested to go to Ranchan, I suggest you to come early around 9 - 10 am due to the crowd of peoples over there.
4. Santubong Waterfall
Gunung Santubong is located on the Damai Peninsula, 35km north of Kuching. This 810m high limestone hill is a popular destination for climbers and trekkers. I ever been there twice during high school and it's really lovely creature of its nature. Small streams feed two attractive waterfalls, which can be reached easily by well-maintained trails. To reach this trail you take the road from Kuching to Santubong. A few km before reaching the Damai resort, there is a small cafe where the trail starting point. In about half an hour you will reach the main waterfall. Take note this place is not suitable for children or family recreation because of the risk during tracking up to the water fall.
5. Gading Waterfall
The Gunung Gading National Park is located near Lundu, about 80 km West of Kuching. The park is famous for it's Rafflesia's but there is also a series of nice waterfalls. The park is very well maintained. When there are Rafflesia's in bloom, there can be a crowd, otherwise it will be quiet. I ever going here during my high school (Form 5). I was been there for camping organized by Police Cadet Club in purposed. It took me about 3 hours to reach over the waterfall and I was totally stunned with the waterfall named as Waterfall 7. It was freakingly awesome! This is the best waterfall that I never seen before. Thumbs up!
6. Sekedu Waterfall
The waterfall is located at the rural countryside of the Padawan, South Kuching. This is the region where the Bedayu live, no longer in longhouses, but in attractive villages. One of these is Kg Sadir, on the slopes of the Penrissen range. There are several waterfalls near this kampung but the most common one is Sekedu waterfall.
The easiest way to reach Kg Sadir from Kuching, is to follow first the signage to the Semenggoh Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre and then to the Borneo Highlands Resort. Finally to Kg Sadir, where the road ends and you can park your car. The road quality is quite ok, except for some potholes. Although I've never been here, but for those nature lover and waterfall hunters can give it a try.
There are a lot of another waterfall around Kuching, but the status were not upgrade to recreational park yet and the accessibility rate is quite low. Furthermore, there are no safety precautions and lack of facilities for emergencies. Here are the list of others waterfall in Kuching;
- Bobak Waterfall (West of Kuching)
- Ban Buan Kukuot & Mabi Waterfall (Padawan)
- Jangkar waterfall ( Lundu, near Indonesian Border)
- Sebarau waterfall ( Padawan)
- Tajor waterfall ( Bako National Pak)

Writing
Hello there. For your information, all articles and writings in this blog were came from my own idea and my thought, not plagarize from others website/webblog as accused by some peoples. If I take it from others, I'll mention it on purposed, no worries about that. But honestly, some pictures in my entries I do copied them from other websites or photo hosting, just to illustrate my explanation for your understanding. Currently I didn't mention those website where I'd copied the photo from, but if there's any request by the owner, I don't hesitate to mention it. Well, what else should I conclude in this entry? Ok, let me explain about my intention of blog writing and why I preferred English rather than Malay or my native language. Actually this blog is a place that I can practise and improve my English writings. I should write more, especially when the ideas popping out in my mind. Besides, I'll use the new words together with the vocabs and phrase, to compose a new entries. That's why you can detect even small mistakes of the vocabulary and broken english in my writing. My bad. It's just a practise for me to learn, just an initiative to make a new start, or being a person with broken english, readily to embarrase in fronts of the others. That's all for now. Keeps on reading my post and don't forget to spread my link to the others. Sharing is caring thank you =)
SMOKING
a pack of cigarette (20 sticks) for only 8 hours..can you imagine how's my lung illustrated? what about my money flow? my health? I need someone to motivate me.. |
Hi all you nice people. This time I was eager to sketch down my words about my lifestyle, but more on smoking habit. I was became a smoker since high school (Form 4), but I just only a light smoker (1 sticks per day). There are two persons dragged me into this habits actually. But I didn't meant to put blame on them.
After I completed my high school, I was made my furher study in matriculation college in Labuan. I don't really know what's my mistakes, I became a heavy smoker in all of sudden. Furhermore, Labuan is one of the duty free territory in Malaysia besides Langkawi Island. The price is much more cheaper than other place makes me didn't think twice to spent my money on it.
That's the beginning of my wrecked habits. Until now, I can light up at least 3 sticks per hour. In certain conditions, the value can be increase up to 5-6 sticks per hour. It's extremely dreadful isn't it? Now, I've turned 23 y/o. I'm slowly care about my health, my financial. But what can I do?
There are a few reasons of what's dragged me to light up a sticks of cigarette and I know there are a lot of peoples out there got the same reasons with me;
1. Stress
This is the main reason why I'm smoking. Some problems that I faced make me eager to lit the cigarette. I was rapidly lit them until my throat became totally queasy.I don't know why, but it's work! I can reduce my stress with smoking!
2. Hanging around
When I'm hanging around with my friends, it's an obligation for me to bring along a pack of cigarette. Furthermore, almost all of my frinds do smoking. Without smoking, my activities kinda empty with no reasons and even my body became weaker and puny.
3. After eat
My appetite seems didn't complete after eat if I'm not smoking. Just like mickey without minnie =)
4. During excretion process =)
You know what I mean right? May I mention what types of 'excretion'? I don't think so. But it's one of my favourite time to smoke. It's important to relief my waste smoothly. Damn I was totally bashed with my own description.
That's the BIG 4 reasons why I'm smoking. I don't know how to avoid my smoking habit and more, how to break the nicotine addiction. Now, I tried to stop smoking, but it was not relevant for me. It's enough for me to reduce smoking.
Iranian burnt the Quran??
Salam..
This time I want to share about the disgraceful manners shown by Muslim-Shiah (I'm not sure) in Iran. While we're protested the campaign of burning the holy Quran on September 11 hosted by one of the church in Florida, the barbaric Iranian Syiah from Green Movement Assosiation lead by an Iranian Elite, Mir Hossein Mousavi was burnt the Holy-Quran in public. I don't know what is the main reason in order to brag them into the insane act because the news didn't even publish in media. As I remember, Green Movement was involved in an anti-president demonstration in quarter 2009 and the assosiation gets the endorsement from the Iranian-mufti, but I don't have much information about it. The issue is too sensitive to be expose in our local media. Frankly, they're not infidels, blackmetal nor anti-Muslims, but, they are Muslim-Syiah. Take a look at the picture below and think it by yourself.

The lyrics above are briefly told about the lives of two princess that very closed and friendly but then fights involving physical attacks resulting in the formation of the mountains now, Mount Santubong and Mount Sejinjang with Kera Island formed from the debris of Mount Sejinjang. However, ther are different version of this story as long as the word 'legent' is mentioned and we do not know the truth of the story unless it's based on historical sources. Some version say both princesses came from heaven and some say they were came from Brunei.
History ( borrowed from other website)

Fairy Tail (Borrowed from other website)
Akhirnya kedua-dua puteri tersungkur kesakitan.

Akhirnya kedua-dua puteri tersungkur kesakitan.
A LITTLE PIECE OF STORY ABOUT ME
Assalamualaikum to all..
This time I made up my mind to write something that can explain and make a correction about wrong perception of someone to me.
You say, I always had a negative thinking about you. Actually I don’t tend to judge people with bad intentions, I just automatically make a conscious decisions on classifying people in my internal categories that I have established from past experience or information I ever seen before. But you never know about something that I knew from a long time ago. You are totally hits the nail on the head in the way you accused me. Don't you think about that? What else can I do instead of being silence and abstained? Think about it properly before you throw your annoying words to me because I knew what you did. You are the one that make those things upside down.
You say, I'm not replying your message. In this situation, with hatred feeling, why should I reply your message? What is that for? I told you, there's one thing that you can't simply begging for apologize. It's all about feeling. After you hurt someone, you can't easily begging him. It took a year to forget all the shitty things that you did on purpose and don't be surprise if I say, I just recovered from those pain in my heart. That's why It took me a while before I can say 'Hi'. I don't want the tears whirl in my mind for the second time. Hope you could understand.
You say, you want to be my enemy. Whoaa, I never had even one enemy in my life before. But I don't mind if you volunteered to be the only one. Hey please la, I never guide my thought through this. I just deny my intention for being nice to you. You know what kind of person that I am and I never keep any vengeance on you. Be matured. I'm just a human being and I don't have any right to condemn you. Just let it go as the time passing by. All the deep wound will cure then.
That's all for now. I hope this information could enlighten your thought about me. Actually my life is almost ressembled a drama. As usual, the decision is tightly binded in your grasp. I just follow the flow =)

SARAWAK GETTING EXPENSIVE
For this entry, I would like to elaborate about the facts of Sarawak nowadays.
Yesterday, I got one friend in a forum complaining about Sarawak. Although the problem is not very significant, but it must take into consideration. In July 2010, he and his family came to Kuching for traveling purposed. That is the first time they went to Kuching.
At first, they were impressed with Kuching International Airport that look quite similar with KLIA. The city also very nice with the balancing of the insfrastructure and the planting landscape. They also said Kuching is a very lovely city to live when they saw the those village opposite the waterfront. But there are something that didn't satisfy them. They have to dig deeper into their pocket to pay for the accomodation and tourist-related services.
He said, he had been travelling in various destination including Kota Kinabalu and Miri. From what I understood, he claimed that the hotel room rate, transportation fares as well as service charges from tourist agencies were relatively higher compared to Sabah and other state in Peninsular. For example, the cab service charges from Wisma Satok to Sarawak Plaza is RM15. The service charges is not worth it with the distance between two points. Even the hotel room rate is very high for 4 Star Hotel, about RM260/night. I was pleasantly surprise with the room rate. Perhaps they went to Kuching during Sarawak Regatta Festival in July. What I'd heard, all hotels management conspiring each other to increase the room rate during the festival due to the over whelmed of the tourist in the city. So, what can I say is they being in the wrong place, at the wrong time =)
He also said as far as cost was concerned, the only consolation was that the price of food was cheaper than elsewhere. I admit that Kuching is a food paradise among the food lovers. Then i asked gain, are you got anything else that bother you in Kuching? He said, that's the only thing that unsatisfied him and his family. However, he suggested that the relevant tourism authorities must take positive measures to ensure the pricing for tourism-related services were competitive with other destinations in the region.
p/s: I didn't tell him about being in the wrong place, at the wrong time during Sarawak Regatta =)
